Here are the updated terms you need to know before placing your order.
SHOPIFY USA SHIPMENT TERMS
1. Tariffs for Orders $80 and Above
A 10% tariff will be applied to packages shipped from the Philippines once the order reaches $80.
To avoid tariffs, you may split your order into multiple checkouts if it exceeds $80.
2. $7 Flat Rate Shipping
One flat rate of $7 for all USA orders.
No weight limit. Discounted shipping fee starts at $50 worth of purchase
3. No Refund for Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if:
It is officially tagged as “lost.”
It has no tracking updates for 60 days.
It is tagged as “delivered” but the customer reports non‑receipt.
We monitor all shipments every other day, so please ensure your email is active and regularly checked.
Last year, our lost‑package rate was only 3%.
4. No Shipping Fee Refund for Returned Items
Refunds for returned items will be processed only after we receive the returned package.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
We love our USA customers, and these updated terms help us keep operations sustainable so we can continue creating and shipping your favorite products. This will also be our first shipment of the year via PhilPost.
