RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

The orders tagged as lost during the shipping of the package and paid for tracked shipping fee are subject for refund.

The orders tagged as delivered but declared lost by the customer will not be refunded but will be replaced and sent on their next purchase since the shipping fee was used already. This policy is for orders who chose tracked shipping only.

The orders tagged as "return to sender" due to wrong address will be re-ship back to the customer on with their next purchase.
